The property is available for one week at a cost of £10,000 during the Open Championship

or on a daily basis at a cost of £1500.00 per day - can sleep up to ten persons.

Includes; bedroom 1 (king bed with en-suite), bedroom 2 (twin bedroom with en-suite), bedroom 3 (double bed with en-suite), storage and fully equipped utility room.

First floor
Includes; a fabulous open-plan contemporary kitchen, dining and living room.  Cloakroom with wc, and landing with staircases leading to ground floor and second floor accommodation.

Second floor
Includes; landing/ hallway leading to bedroom 4 (king bed), bathroom, and spacious sitting room with double doors opening on to a decked sun terrace offering lovely views, ideal for enjoying at the end of a hard day.  Please note the sitting room includes one sofa bed.
