To meet the constantly changing requirements of the business community, CEC has made a substantial investment in a new flexible coworking facility at our Derryloran headquarters. The most recent addition to the CEC ‘SPACE’ offering is the purpose built and fully equipped Flexi Space digital hub. The Covid 19 pandemic has resulted in traditional working practices changing with many employees working a ‘hybrid’ model from home and the office.

Flexi Space provides employees and employers with a professional working environment with super-fast internet and broadband connectivity ensuring that work can be carried out effectively near home without interruption and distraction. Users benefit from interaction with likeminded business professionals with regular opportunities to chat over a free tea or coffee.

Flexi Space facilities include:

Modern, air-conditioned, comfortable flexi desks and private in Flexi Offices. Integral fully equipped private meeting room. Superfast internet and broadband with WIFI and ‘hard cabled’ options. Modern kitchen and toilet facilities.

Daily, weekly, and monthly rental packages are available from £18 per day. User-friendly online booking, payment, and door access system which opens from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays
