The Empty to Energised Pilot Grant Scheme is currently open and receiving Applications!

 Applications are currently open for vacant and/or derelict property owners seeking financial assistance in Bangor city and Newtownards town.

 To help us support vacant property owners and make them aware of the opportunity to avail of grant support, we would be grateful if you could forward this information to any relevant clients.

 The Empty to Energised Pilot Grant Scheme opened on Monday 5th January 2026 and closes on Monday 16th February 2026 at 12 noon.

 The Empty to Energised Grant Pilot Grant Scheme is the second strand of the Supporting Thriving High Streets Programme, working to revitalise and support our city and town centre High Streets.
