The Living Local HomesNI Community Survey is your chance to share what makes your town feel like home.

Whether it's the sense of community, the beautiful surroundings, or simply the convenience of local life, we want to know why you've chosen to live where you do. This survey is designed to gather insights into what people value most about their towns and what could make them even better.

By taking just a few minutes to fill it in, you'll help shape a better understanding of life across Northern Ireland.

Plus, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a bedroom makeover worth £1,000, exclusively from DFI Beds!

Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser
The competition is organised by HomesNI Ltd, registered at 2-26 Boucher Place, Belfast, BT12 6HT, Northern Ireland.

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of HomesNI Ltd and their immediate family members.
Participants must have an active email address to enter.

3. Survey Period
The survey runs from 08/04/25 to 22/04/25 at midnight. Any entries after this period will be excluded.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the survey form above.
1 entry per household.

5. Prizes
By completing the survey, you'll be entered into a prize draw to WIN a £1,000 bedroom makeover from DFI Beds, including:

6. Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the competition draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, HomesNI Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Intellectual Property
By entering, participants grant HomesNI Ltd the right to use their submissions for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Participants retain ownership of their submissions but grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to HomesNI Ltd.

8. Disqualification
HomesNI Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

9. Liability
HomesNI Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may affect participation in the competition.
Nothing in these terms shall limit HomesNI Ltd liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Knigdom & Northern Ireland.
