We originally opened in 2000 with an office in Moneymore, and soon established Sperrin Properties as a reputable Estate Agency within the area, as a firm willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.

In 2012, we decided to close the business to concentrate and pursue other property interests. Following a longer than intended break, we're back with a rejuvenated enthusiasm and drive, to take marketing our prospective clients' properties to new heights.
