Established in 2006 AM Property Management (NI) Ltd (AMPMni) began as a block management company. We soon expanded to include a full estate and management agents range of services including sales, lettings, rental management, block management and ground rent collection. This allows AMPMni to offer our clients a “one stop” company to look after all their property needs.

Our staff have a range of experience in each department with 80 plus combined years' experience working in the property business. Our primary objective is to give our clients a first-class service, value for money and the opportunity to maximise their income with the added security of knowing that their property / investment is in safe hands
