No 48 Belfast Road, is in the centre of Dollingstown village, which is located on the main A3 Belfast/ Lurgan Road which runs between Moira and Lurgan.

The owner is selling the site as it sits, which allows any new owner to submit their own plans to the local planning office at Craigavon.

Replacement planning approval should be readily available by submitting plans for a replacement dwelling to the Craigavon planning department. We would advise that prospective purchasers consult an architect for best advice on how to do this.
